【Heatstroke Prevention Safety Training ~Working Safely and in Good Health~】2026.7.27

We hold safety training every month to build a workplace where our employees can keep working safely and in good health.
This time we took part in the joint safety conference for the Ikeda district.
One of the themes on this occasion was heatstroke prevention.
On a construction site, summer heat is a major risk that cannot be avoided.
Heatstroke is not caused by high temperature alone; it happens when humidity, sunlight, physical condition and other factors come together.
Rather than assuming we already know, it is important to learn the correct knowledge again and again and put it into practice on site.
Alongside the use of air-conditioned workwear and taking in water and salt, we check the heat index (WBGT) as we work to prevent heatstroke.
Neither safety nor health is something you learn once and are done with.
By building up our monthly safety training, we want to create a workplace where every employee can work with peace of mind, whatever their age or nationality.
We will continue our efforts to protect safety and health, valuing above all that everyone gets home safely again today.
