Voluntary Declaration by Companies that Value Construction Craftspeople

To secure the next generation of construction workers, we declare the following commitments towards improving conditions for construction craftspeople.
Securing labour costs and ensuring wage payment
We prepare quotations that clearly itemise labour and material costs, and we respect the quotations submitted by our subcontractors. We also provide a two-day weekend for our own craftspeople, heatstroke measures suited to each site, support for qualification costs, and regular health and safety training.
Use of the Construction Career Up System (CCUS)
We install card readers at every site so that craftspeople can accumulate a record of their work history, and we register every craftsperson we employ using the detailed registration type.
Priority for companies that have made the declaration
When selecting business partners, we take into account whether they have made this voluntary declaration.
Other initiatives
We work to expand childcare support including parental leave for men, to promote ICT on site, and to encourage community integration and cross-cultural understanding for our international workers.

Opening up the future of construction with the latest technology.
Yasui Kensetsu actively adopts the latest construction management methods built on ICT. Here you can pick up leading-edge skills such as drone surveying, 3D design and machine control.
